Return & Refund Policy
At Petals and Paws, each item is made to order especially for you. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- ordering the wrong size
- choosing the wrong color
- change of mind
- buyer’s remorse
Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and shipping details carefully before placing your order.
There are no refunds for digital products.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@petalsandpaws.ca.
Please include:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos showing the problem
If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Lost packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at support@petalsandpaws.ca.
Before contacting us, please:
- confirm that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct
- check with your local carrier or post office
- check around the delivery location
- ask neighbors, household members, concierge, or building staff
If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Packages marked as delivered
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you have not received it, please first contact the shipping carrier and check with neighbors, household members, concierge/front desk, or other possible receiving points.
Packages marked as delivered are not automatically eligible for refund or replacement, but we will do our best to help you investigate.
Incorrect shipping address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately at support@petalsandpaws.ca. We may be able to update the address before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee changes.
Returned to sender / unclaimed packages
If an order is returned because:
- the shipping address was incorrect
- the package was unclaimed
- the package was refused
- customs was not cleared
- the package was not picked up from a pickup point or parcel locker
we can reship the order after it is returned to our fulfillment partner, but additional shipping charges may apply.
Cancellations
Because orders are produced on demand, cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible after purchase. Once production has started, we may be unable to cancel the order.
