Shipping Policy
At Petals and Paws, all items are made to order especially for you. This means your order will go through a production and fulfillment stage before it ships.
Order Processing and Fulfillment
Orders are typically processed after payment is received and then sent into production.
Because our products are made to order, fulfillment times may vary depending on product type, order volume, and seasonal demand. We do our best to process orders as quickly as possible, but fulfillment times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Times
Shipping time begins after your order has been fulfilled.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected, carrier delays, weather, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.
In general:
- Domestic orders typically arrive within 1–8 business days after fulfillment
- International orders typically arrive within 1–20 business days after fulfillment
These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout where applicable.
For some orders, shipping rates may vary based on the size of the order, destination, and selected shipping method.
Tracking
If tracking is available for your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@petalsandpaws.ca. We may be able to update the address before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.
Lost, Delayed, or Delivered Orders
If your order appears lost in transit or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@petalsandpaws.ca.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with:
- household members
- neighbors
- building staff or concierge
- the shipping carrier
If the issue is not resolved, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email support@petalsandpaws.ca within 30 days of delivery and include:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to many locations, but some destinations may be unavailable due to carrier limitations, legal restrictions, or fulfillment constraints.
