Because our products are made to order, order cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after purchase. Once an order has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, address errors, or other circumstances outside our control.

Because our items are made to order, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as selecting the wrong size or color, or changing your mind after purchase.
